Congratulations to our 2024 Scholarship Winner, Devon Carville! Devon graduated from Orange County High School in Orange, Virginia, and plans to major in Historic Architecture in college. FOWB President Bob Lookabill presented the scholarship at the Orange County High School Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 15.
