Edwin C. Bearss, former National Park Service Chief Historian, educator and premier Civil War Tour Guide, will lead a unique tour that starts with the final day of the Wilderness Battle, discussing Grant’s & Lee’s decisions, routes taken, and skirmishes fought between the two armies as they maneuvered toward Spotsylvania Court House.

- Germanna Ford
- Germanna Plank Road & Brock Road Intersection
- Unfinished Railroad Cut
- Longstreet Wounding Site
- Brock Road/Plank Road Intersection
- Todd's Tavern
- Spotsylvania Court House
- Block House Road/Laurel Hill
- Alsop Farm/Goshen Church
- Stephenson Ridge (Lunch)
Tour includes lunch at Stevenson Ridge B&B and snacks during the day.
Bus departs from the Lake of the Woods lower parking lot promptly at 8 a.m.
